THE ROLE
We are looking for a warehouse clerk to reinforce our shipping department.
You will work alongside the department lead on all warehouse operations: receiving incoming shipments, preparing online and retailer orders, managing inventory and keeping the space organized. It's a hands-on, varied role where your attention to detail has a direct impact on our customers' experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Online order fulfillment: picking, packing, labelling and handing off to carriers, within our 1 to 3 business day turnaround.
•    Retailer (B2B) order preparation: building boxes and pallets, labelling according to each retailer's requirements, preparing shipping documents.
•    Receiving incoming shipments: unloading, verifying quantities and compliance against purchase orders, reporting discrepancies.
•    Putaway and location management: storing merchandise, keeping bin locations up to date, optimizing space.
•    Inventory transactions in our system (Zoho Inventory): receipts, transfers, adjustments.
•    Cycle and annual inventory counts, and tracking stock accuracy.
•    Returns and exchanges processing: inspection, restocking or setting aside.
•    Restocking the retail shop and occasional support to other teams (product development, customer service, events).
•    Warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety on a daily basis.

THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•    High school diploma or equivalent experience.
•    1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse, in shipping and receiving or in logistics (an asset, but we'll train the right person).
•    Thoroughness and attention to detail.
•    Autonomy and strong organizational skills: the team is small, everyone owns their part.
•    Ability to stand for long periods and lift loads repeatedly (up to roughly 25 kg / 50 lb).
•    Comfort with basic computer tools (inventory system, email, barcode scanner).
•    Spoken and written French.
Assets
•    Valid forklift certification.
•    Experience with an ERP or inventory management system (Zoho Inventory a plus).
•    Functional English (communications with certain carriers and suppliers).
•    A real interest in hunting, fishing or the outdoors — you'll understand our products and our customers better.
